Our Radiologists Dr. Shafeeq Salahudeen and Dr. Faisal Raja are highly trained radiologists with many years of community and hospital-based experience. With their expertise, they provide effective communication and diagnosis to your doctor, in order for you to receive the best care possible.

We are open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.
If you are a patient, you can walk-in and book an appointments, if you have your requisition form.

Ultrasound and X-Rays
At CDI, we offer General Ultrasound, Vascular Ultrasound and X-ray services.
We provide appointments for Obstetrical, Musculoskeletal, and Vascular ultrasounds, as well as, general appointments – including, but not limited to abdomen and pelvic procedures.
We also offer limited same day Ultrasound appointments by referral.
We offer X-ray services and take book-ins and walk-ins. Please be advised you may be required to wait if it is a walk-in appointment.
Important Reminders
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time for registration. Late arrival may require re-booking.
Please note, if you are pregnant, we are not able to book you in for an x-ray appointment.
Please bring your Health Card and requisition form (if we do not already have it) with you for your appointment.
Please bring any personal assistive devices that you require for your appointment (E.g. walker, hearing aid, etc.)
Female technologists are available
There is free parking available on-site, and the building is wheelchair accessible
